That’s not just a statistic — it’s thousands of families, young people, and older adults settling into new communities every year. And while growth brings opportunity, it also brings complex and urgent challenges.

Delayed infrastructure and services – like transport, schools, and childcare
Insufficient parks, community spaces, and meeting places
Limited access to quality healthcare, youth services, and support for seniors
A lack of meaningful connection between planning decisions and community voices
